Delivery Locations

We deliver across Bangladesh, including major cities and remote areas. However, delivery availability may vary based on the location.

Shipping Charges

  1. Inside Dhaka Metropolitan Area:
    • Delivery Charge: ৳70
  2. Outside Dhaka:
    • Delivery Charge: ৳130

Delivery Timeframe

  1. Inside Dhaka: Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days.
  2. Outside Dhaka: Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

  1. Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed on the same day.
  2. Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
  3. Orders made on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number (if applicable) to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Limitations

  1. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or international addresses at this time.

Undelivered Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or other issues, we will contact you to resolve the matter. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
